Planning
From identifying land deals to navigating the complexities of securing planning permissions our team excels in every aspect of the planning process.
We have a proven track record of success, with recent projects including securing planning permission for a 66-bed care home in Liff, an office-to-residential conversion in the city centre of Glasgow, facilitating change of use to nursery use, obtaining residential listed building consent, and a 15-bed extension to an existing care home in Blairgowrie.
Currently, we are actively involved in a transformative project on Sauchiehall Street, where we are working towards securing planning permission for a 71-unit co-living scheme on a previously derelict and gap site.
