Nikki holds a wealth of property and asset management experience. She began her career in London where she became a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors while working at an international property consultancy.
Since joining Consensus Capital Property in 2019, Nikki now leads our property team. Her role involves strategically managing our diverse property portfolio, from identifying and acquiring deals aligned with our company's goals and values to overseeing lease negotiations and leading planning application execution.

Philip has extensive experience leading building design in a diverse range of residential and commercial projects across the UK within both public sector, NHS and private practice from offices in Aberdeen and Edinburgh.
Previous projects include residential property development, new-build housing, NHS medical practices, hospital extensions, and large commercial fit out and leisure projects for private clients, development companies, housing developers, as well as Safeway’s, John Lewis and Edinburgh Leisure.
Daisy leads the finance team at Consensus Capital Group. She has fifteen years of experience in management accounting and financial control and is AAT qualified. Daisy joined the finance team in 2020 having previously worked in similar roles at a PLC retailer and a major UK car retailer.
Daisy is responsible for the day to day financial management of the group to ensure the financial control, cashflow and reporting requirements are met. Daisy also provides oversight and supervision of the management accounting for all of the group's key investments.
Scott is our Development Director with extensive construction experience across the dynamic cityscapes of London and Edinburgh. Scott holds a wealth of experience in high-value residential projects and commercial developments bringing a meticulous eye for detail and a dedication to excellence to every undertaking.
He is renowned for his commitment to quality craftsmanship, he ensures that each project, whether luxurious residences or innovative commercial spaces, exceeds expectations.
Shaun supports the finance department in all aspects of the management accounting & financial control within Consensus Capital Group. Shaun joined the team in 2023 having previously trained at SJD Accountancy and has five years of experience working in management accounting.
Shaun is responsible for ensuring the records for accounting transactions & balances are maintained as close as possible to real time, & also for ensuring the statutory reporting for all relevant tax and accounting submissions are maintained across the group & its investments.
